The Immortal Love of Stefan von Graff is my new, ongoing vampire romance project. I will be publishing new content, as time permits, on a range of web novel platforms. The first several chapters are already out, and you can read them at Tapas.io, Moonquill or Inkitt.
You can find the most up-to-date version here:
Stefan is the son of a wealthy merchant from Lübeck, a major city in the Hanseatic League. Born in 1330, he was only a young man when the Great Pestilence struck in 1350 wiping out 40% of the population in Northern Germany. Having witnessed his parents die from the plague, he is visited by a vampire on his own deathbed, giving him the dark gift of immortality and eternal bloodlust. Elizabeth, his first love, whom he met at 18 before being turned, continues to love him despite his vampiric metamorphosis, but she vehemently refuses to accept the dark gift and share an eternity with him. After her death, Stefan hibernates in an abandoned mausoleum for several centuries in an attempt to cope with the tragedy. Upon wakening up in the 17th century, however, he moves to Bulgaria where he, with the assistance of the young, local woman, Ana, acquires a historic castle. Although he is attracted to Ana, especially after she moves into the castle with him, he cannot forget his first love, and it torments him that she is forever lost in time. But is she really irretrievably lost? Who is the ancient vampire from Lübeck, and what does this enigmatic aristocrat want?
